`quoteIds`	`true`	Array of quoteIds to bind with this policy
`paymentPlans`	`true`	Map of quoteId to associated payment plan. Payment plan must be one of: `FULL_PAYMENT`, `MONTHLY`, `BI_ANNUALLY`, `ANNUALLY`, or `FINANCE`
