POLICY_TRUE_UP_QUOTING

True-Up a policy.

Submit this event using Firing an Event. Product configuration and enabled actions determine the workflow behavior. Use identifiers and snapshots from the same environment.

See the shared event envelope. Set type to POLICY_TRUE_UP_QUOTING and provide the payload below.

Payload Fields#

`intakeMap`	Yes	Declared legacy map of UUIDs to question-answer maps. The built-in action reads `billingCycleIntakeList` instead; this example supplies an empty map.
`eventMap`	Yes	Declared legacy map of UUIDs to policy-event snapshots. The built-in action does not read this map; this example supplies an empty map.
`policyDto`	Yes	Complete stored policy snapshot, including `actionId` and the original rating version or timestamp context.
`requestSource`	Yes	Source of the request. Values: `PRE_POLICY_QUOTING`, `PRE_ISSUANCE`, `ISSUANCE`, `ENDORSEMENT`, `CANCELLATION`, `RENEWAL`, `WORKFLOW`, `PACKAGE_RATER`, `TRUE_UP`, `TRUE_UP_SUMMARY`.
`billingCycleIntakeList`	Yes for quoting	Nonempty list of billing cycles to quote. Each item supplies `startDate` (`YYYY-MM-DD`), integer `billingCycle`, and an `intake` answer map.

Use the stored policy's original actionId and rating context. When productVersionId is present, preserve its versionSystemSource; otherwise the action is resolved using asRatingConfiguredAtTimestamp or the policy's creation timestamp. An empty billingCycleIntakeList produces no billing-cycle quotes.

Response#

This example illustrates the common trigger response structure. Action counts and metadata depend on the actions that run; action-specific result fields are described where applicable.

The built-in action returns its quote map under metadata.POLICY_TRUE_UP_QUOTING, keyed by billing-cycle start date. Each value uses the shared quote structure.
